Although the focus of Southern Manitoba Potato is obviously potatoes, we also manage nearly all of our rotational land as well. Managing the rotation crops on our own enables us to ensure that the land is managed in a way that is not only best for the environment, but also the best for the production of potatoes. We produce over 3500 acres of corn, wheat, canola, and soybeans to complement the rotation of our potato production.
