Chipping Potatoes
We have been a proud supplier of chipping potatoes to Old Dutch Foods since 1963. We are 
one of the three local producers in Manitoba who supply the plant which is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The varieties we are currently producing for Old Dutch are Atlantic, Ivory Crisp, and Dakota Pearl. Chipping potatoes account for approximately 30 percent of the production on our commercial farm.
