Wash Plant
We are proud to operate one of the most state of the art potato wash plants in Canada. The installation of the new wash plant in 2002 has given us the ability to handle product in a manner that is as gentle as possible.
We make a constant effort to stay on the cutting edge of technology to ensure that all washing, grading, sizing and packaging are done in a way that provides an excellent consistent quality.
Our facilities are of the highest regard when it comes to food safety. We are audited on an annual basis by the Guelph Food Technology Center and have achieved top standards in food safety each year.
Main Farm
The main farm and shop site is 12 miles southeast of Winkler. This is where the original farmstead started and is now our equipment storage and maintenance shop.
Seed Farm
Our seed farm is located 5 miles South of Winker.
When picking up seed, trucks can come to our Winkler Office to scale and proceed to the seed farm from there.
